Campsites with beautiful beaches

If you’re not travelling abroad this year, the next best thing is to head to a UK destination with a beautiful beach. Whether you fancy somewhere quiet and secluded for a peaceful staycation or like to be somewhere with lots of things to do, you’ll find your perfect caravan site in our list:

Sutton-on-Sea Club Site, Lincolnshire

Less than a mile away from Sutton-on-Sea Beach, this is a family-friendly site with lots of local amenities, a children’s playground, bowling and tennis facilities. It is the perfect location for walking, with plenty of different routes to explore nearby. The site is for motorhomes and caravans with serviced electric and hardstanding pitches available for an extra charge of around £5.

Trevornick Holiday Park

If you prefer the 5-star caravanning experience, Trevornick Holiday Park beside Holywell Bay in Newquay is perfect. As well as high-quality shower and toilet blocks, there is a heated pool, jacuzzi, solarium and tranquillity pool! For the kids, there is an outdoor play park and an indoor soft play, a games room and a kids club. Electric hook-up and a water point are available as part of the Premium Plus All-weather pitches.

Trewan Hall Camping Site, Newquay

Newquay is the ideal destination for a beach holiday in the UK, and Trewan Hall Camping Site is one of the best places to stay in the area. With excellent onsite facilities like a heated pool, beautiful woodland surroundings and live music and other evening entertainment, caravanning families return here year after year. Electric hook-up is available for an extra £7 and pitches are all grass.

Lanyon Holiday Park, Cornwall

Just a short drive from the Cornish Coast, you have a great choice of different beaches to choose from at Lanyon Holiday Park. Kids love the indoor pool, trampoline and games room and adults love the onsite bar and restaurant! Electric grass pitches are available from £24 per night (based on 2 adults).

Brynawelon Caravan and Camping Park, Wales

If you are looking for somewhere less busy, the Brynawelon Caravan and Camping Park in Wales is a quieter site with stunning views of the sea. Just ten minutes from Penbryn Beach, this site is a popular destination for walkers who want to explore the coastal trails. There are numerous options for pitches, including electric hardstanding and fully serviced pitches for additional costs.

Linnhe Lochside Holidays, Fort William

Another site that is suited to caravanners looking to get away from it all, this tranquil Scottish Highlands location is situated on the side of a loch with a private beach. A great place to stay if you want to do water sports, Ben Nevis is also only a short distance away. Electric hardstanding pitches are available from £14.50 per night.

Pinecones Caravan and Camping, Norfolk
