Caravan Sites with Breath-taking Views

There are few better feelings than relaxing in complete tranquillity, looking out across picturesque scenery. If your ideal caravan holiday includes being somewhere with stunning views, then these caravan parks will provide you with views that will take your breath away:

Bunree Caravan Club Site, Scotland

The Bunree site is situated on the shore of Loch Linnhe, just outside of Fort William, with a stunning mountainous backdrop, which features Ben Nevis. It is a great location if you want to go on mountain walks but even if you just want to relax for a few days, these views will help you to unwind and recharge the batteries. You can take a cable car up the nearby Aonach Mor Mountain to take in even more impressive views.

Trewethett Farm, Cornwall

Cornwall has some amazing campsites along the coast that offer breathtaking views, but we think Trewethett Farm just edges it for stunning views. The site sits atop the cliffs, looking out over Bossiney Cove, where there is a lovely sandy beach. There is easy access to the South West Coastal path, where you can enjoy some more great views of the sea landscapes. The site is set in a quiet area, but it is close to shops, restaurants, and pubs.

St Agnes Beacon, Cornwall

Another site in Cornwall that offers views that will take your breath away is St Agnes Beacon, where you can see the best of the Cornish coastline from your caravan. You can see all along the coast up to St. Ives and many holidaymakers come back here year after year for the mesmerising views, as well as the nearby beaches and coastal walks.

Aberafon Campsite, Wales

This site is right on the beach, with beautiful sea views and there is even a private beach for guests staying at the campsite. Snowdonia is a short distance away, so as well as having views of the mountains, you are in a good location for walking and other outdoor activities. The site is set within 15 acres of valley grounds, so it is tranquil and surrounded by picturesque, rural scenery.

Beadnell Bay Club Site, Northumberland

The Beadnell Bay site has spectacular views over the Northumberland coast and the Cheviot Hills. One of the top sites on the North-East coast, it is close to several nice beaches and you can also take a boat to Farne Islands, another place to visit for the views alone. There are also lots of great attractions in the area, including Alnwick Castle, which was used as a filming location for both Downton Abbey and Harry Potter!

Riverside Caravan Park, Lancaster

Nestling along the River Wenning, this caravan park is ideal for a quiet holiday with riverside views. The location is less than 30 minutes drive from Lake Windermere, Kendal and the Yorkshire Three Peaks. You can take a lovely walk along the riverside and visit the nearby market town High Bentham, where there are shops, restaurants and quaint pubs!
