We are so very pleased with our new full Protec caravan cover. It arrived exactly when it was expected.
The quality and workmanship is of a very high standard.

It fits like a dream and went on so easily, which is no mean feat as both my husband and I are under 5 5ft.
The window for the solar panel is in exactly the right position and the panel started working straight away.

From our initial order, protec kept us updated with its progress. We explained that we were going away, and they agreed to keep hold of it until we were back before sending it out.

The cover is amazing & is as good today as it was when we bought it, the Velcro door section is perfectly aligned to allow access while the cover is in place & the fit is fantastic, it follows the contours perfectly.

I was worried about it damaging the exterior of the motorhome but that has not been the case. We always wash the motorhome before fitting it & the soft coating on the fabric inside the cover keeps the motorhome protected from scratches.

We purchased a new cover for our Motorhome (Autosleeper Bourton) to replace a previous cover. From the first enquiry to receiving the cover, all contact with Protec was very good. The staff were polite and helpful and we were kept informed of the progress of our order. The cover is now fitted on the Motorhome and we are very pleased with the ease of fitting it and the quality of the material and workmanship. The extra touches like the pole holders and the velcro down the back panel is very good. Thank you Protec.

What an impressive service from the Protec Team I have Protec Covers as the main caravan cover as well as a chip guard front cover. Both are now about 5 years old and the chip guard front cover had taken some punishment from the sun. The Protec Team did an incredible 4 day turn around, from arranging collection of the damaged cover, refurbishing it completely with a new zip, stretch bands and light covers and all sent back to me in a new storage bag within 4 days.
